She was calm when searching for a place, but acted fast when a good house was found, then she took care of every single details in my application and set me at ease for my dream home. Exceptionally, Ngan Vien remains responsive after closing - she continues to support me with other paperwork and services that I’m as a new home owner not familiar with. The process was very smooth, and I got great services from everyone one in the team, from pre-qualification, loan application, to closing. Most importantly, they ALL offered reasonable fees for such great services. With their support, I also got a grant support for my first home purchasing.
