Absolutely the BEST! Listens, offers great advice and works tirelessly to find you the perfect house. Being stationed overseas, I had to buy a house site unseen and relied on what Nesha saw during her visits. She gave me her candid feedback and honest thoughts. She looked at over 30 houses and was very patient with us. And despite looking at so many houses, she never pressured us to put in an offer on something we weren't in love with. The market was also extremely hot and she was very quick to look at houses so we could be one of the first to put in offers. She gave great offer and counter offer advice and worked hard behind the scene with the sellers' agents to help our offers stand out. With only 2 weeks before closing I had a major issue with my lender and she helped me find a new lender that got my new loan package approved on time! She has a great network of inspectors, lenders, and home remodelers that have been extremely helpful before and after the sale. Without a doubt will recommend her to anyone I know looking for a house.
