What sold us on Matos Home Team was their expertise as well as local knowledge of our market. They gave us great advice regarding staging and presentation. When the offers came in, they explained the pros and cons of each and we decided on one. As closing approached, at the last minute the underwriter found something amiss and the deal fell through.
