What should have been an easy typical land purchase turned out to be quite challenging with owners who did not communicate very well with Nelson, were inflexible, rude, and lacked adequate computer skills when signing documents. Nelson, to his credit, stayed calm, patient and made regular contact with the sellers while often providing step by step instructions to the seller. Great job as we finally closed the deal. Through it all, Nelson was sure to routinely let us know what was happening from start to finish. Thanks so much, Nelson.
