Like most real estate agents, the real estate business is a second career for me. In my case, my previous gig for nearly two decades was in managing large scale systems implementations for “enterprise” clients. In simple terms, that means helping corporations and governments put in new software for their business. I embraced my profession and obtained my certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, a globally recognized project management organization with over 600,000 members. My responsibilities typically included managing the timelines, budgets and all of the resources needed to successfully implement these systems – skills that serve me well in navigating real estate transactions.
As it turned out, among my clients were a national homebuilder and a large Florida-based residential real estate development firm. Working with them stoked my interest in real estate, prompting me to obtain my Florida real estate license in 2009 and I made the transition from project manager to REALTOR®.
A Florida native, I teamed with GF&A Realty, who conveniently have offices in the Big Bend area of The Forgotten Coast, which is where I specialize. Having lived, played, worked and socialized in Florida my entire life, I am very familiar with the area. I am a member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
I am driven by customer service and strive to make every transaction a win-win for everyone. My end game is to make sure my clients and fellow agents are so satisfied that they feel comfortable giving me a 5 star review.
If you are in the process of considering buying or selling in the Big Bend Area or anywhere in the Forgotten Coast, I’d love to show you what my knowledge and attitude can do for you to make your experience successful.
