Since day one that we reached out she immediately was there. It was a very long (close to 9 months) process, and Nellie never gave up on us. I started my search for a house about early April 2021. I was living in an apartment for 2 years, and tired of paying rent. I had been repairing my credit individually, and figured I'd take my chance and reach my hand into the market. I reached out for help realtors, and Nellie answered the call. I didn't start the application process for a month, and house hunting early June. I gave Nellie my specifications (not wanting anything too fancy), looking for a "project home." The first house I saw was it. It had been on the market for a month, and "project home" was exactly what it was. I have small dogs, and their space is perfect, but above all, it was in a neighborhood and part of town that was ideal for me. The purchasing process was a process, but Nellie's experience and knowledge helped keep me at ease. I work 45+ hours a week so I only really have time early in the AM and am awake super late. That was no obstacle for Nellie. Most realtors work 9-to-5 hard, but Nellie works harder. She makes time for her clients, and is so reassuring during the whole process. I work in Retail and always preach the word of connection. I personally I enjoyed her sense of humor, and I think having a relationship with your clients goes such a long way.
