Prompt communication, engaging & knowledgeable-great!

Nell listened well to understand what was important to me in the search for a house. Nell has a wonderful communication style (warm & engaging, but always professional), which made me comfortable while choosing a home. Nell’s follow-up communication was amazing. There are a number of items to get done (inspections & their results, title agencies, feedback to owners, documents & changes, etc.). Nell nicely & appropriately kept me informed & on task.
