My bottom line perspective: Keyes Realty would be wise not to lose Nellie Barrios as a agent. She is very good. Over the past 2+ years, I have contracted with Nellie 3 (4) times. My wife and I met her while apartment hunting. We have working with her during a slow RE market and a hot a market. We are familiar with her exhaustive efforts, ethics, pros and cons. Over the two years we have rented an apartment we owned and sold two properties. Nellie pays attention to details. We appreciate her time and thoroughness when examining and hunting for Comps. She has a drive to satisfy the customer's goals while also keeping an eye on the best close. Plus, she doesn't stop managing the process until the money is wired, the keys are transferred and the buyer and seller have wrapped up "everything". Nellie Barrios is willing to go the EXTRA MILE. She helped stage furniture, pictures, etc. and even brought in some of her own personal items. She also spent money out of her own pocket to purchase items she felt would make the property more saleable. She did whatever it took to make the property look its best (recommendations for landscaping, etc.) Her advertising obviously brought in qualified purchasers (appreciate not having a bunch of tire kickers). I can honestly say that Nellie is by far one of the best realtors I have had the pleasure of working with. She gives great advice and is NOT PUSHY!
