Nellie was amazing with the sale of my condo. She personally met every prospect. This was important as she is the experienced person to assess and sell the unit. She does not use an underling. She knew the benefits of my unit and how it should be sold accordingly. We commanded $45,000 more than all the other units sold during the same time period because she held on to the conviction that it was worth more.
