Nekita Martins

Five years ago, Nekita Martins, Real Estate helped me purchase my first investment property. When I was looking to sell it a few months ago, she was the first person I called. When we met, I was reminded about how incredibly thorough she is. She is an expert on the NJ real estate market. And because of her integrity, personality, and hard work, she has excellent relationships with other professionals in the field (i.e. lawyers, lenders, inspectors, etc.). Also, she is always going to get you the BEST deal—she is a firm and skilled negotiator and her client's needs always come first. Before deciding to use Nekita again to sell my house, I interviewed two other realtors. Both of them quoted me a selling price that was about $90K BELOW what we ended up listing the property for. Yes, you read that correctly! Could you imagine leaving $90K on the table?! After discussing my goals and the market with Nekita, we decided to list at the higher price AND we ended up receiving an offer OVER our listing price.
