My experience with Neil as a buying agent and selling agent was excellent. We needed to sell our 2bd home and buy at least a 3 bd. Neil knew we were trying to find something quickly, but he wasn’t pushy and always put our needs at the top of the list. He was quick to respond, even when he was on vacation! When he listed our house he went above and beyond the job of Realtor. Not only did he let us know how to get the most out of our house, but he actually helped clean and had it staged beautifully for pictures. We purchased below asking and sold above asking. I would highly recommend Neil to anyone looking to buy or sell!
