Probably the greatest...ever.

If the area offered more sunny days (a la Orange County, Sunset, Tampa, etc), Neil would probably have his own show on TV. He made sure that his communication was precise and limited 'checking in' to when it was necessary. Neil new the market and still reached out to other experienced realtors to check and double-check his information. Neil made sure I knew what was happening with the purchase (septic, inspection, variances, scheduled work, etc.) and always offered to cover if I couldn't (or didn't want to) be there. Then Neil bought me doughnuts, soda, and houseplants (not as a go to, but just because he know me well enough). Don't go with any other agent, you're better than that.
