We met Nehad at a condo showing in the area we were interested in. He took our number and showed us listings for almost 2 years. We live in Canada and were looking for a winter home. Nehad was very proactive. He contacted me the day that I listed it For Sale By Owner. He also bought customers to see it (very unusual for an agent to show a For Sale By Owner home). He made suggestions on how to better market and show my home. He was helpful in spite of it not being his listing. He is honest and straightforward.
