We moved from out of state and needed an agent to show us many homes so we can settle down. She picked us up at our son’s house and had a list of homes set up for us to see. Necol is always promp, courteous, cheerful and just a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She always keeps us well informed on what’s going on from the offer to the closing. We couldn’t of picked an better realtor to work with. We are very pleased in our new home.

Necol was a professional from start to finish. She addressed my initial request of renting in Temecula and quickly provided the comparison and benefits of buying instead. Once I agreed to purchase, she immediately provided relevant, informative and useful insight for Temecula as a whole to include areas of residences, schools for our kids, crime in the area, and also provided apps and websites to help us search for our home. There was not once where she did not make herself available for my calls and I really appreciated that. As for showing me properties, she also made herself available, even on weekends which really made it convenient for me. The only thing I would recommend (as a first time home buyer) would be to provide more detailed suggestions and recommendations on the offer amounts based on her experience and knowledge of Temecula. I found myself a little lost at times wondering if the offer we submitted on several homes was either too low or too high. A little more guidance in this area to a first time home buyer is the only thing I would recommend going forward. Necol wasn’t pushy about her partner bank which I also appreciated. She worked closely with my lender to ensure that we closed in 30 days in which we succeeded in! Once we made the satellite close from out of state, she did a fantastic job of staying in touch with me as we traveled across the country to our new home. Upon arriving to Temecula, she brought over a generous welcome home gift basket, a sweet gesture that put a smile on my family's faces. Thank you Necol for making our first time home buying experience a pleasure, great job!

I met Necol at a random open house she was having. She was very helpful and did so much work for us. I asked many questions on so many different houses and she always got back to me in a timely manner which is very rare. I highly recommend Necol for any buying or listing of property.

Necol was so great from the beginning to the end of purchasing a house. She was on top of everything and always willing to help me with any questions and problems I had through the process. She was very positive, knowledgeable, and fun to be around. My whole experience of purchasing a house was very pleasant because of her, and of course she found my perfect home!!! I am so pleased with her and will recommend her to anybody who needs an agent! Thank you so much Necol!!!!

We met Necol Keenen while searching for homes at different open houses. Immediately her approach was as if we were family. We did not have a realtor at that point however did have a few business cards that had been given to us from other Realtors during our search. My wife and I had a gut feeling instantly that we found our Realtor! During the process Necol was very responsive and always available to show us homes any time or day of the week. She made herself available through multiple channels of communication. She knew the area very well and did research on all the homes before showing them to us. A family woman who is humble and down to earth. We enthusiastically recommend her especially for families purchasing through the VA.
