Necol was patient and reliable. She was always ready to show us properties and give us her honest opinion about them. She worked with us for more than a year to help us to find the house that we wanted and the location we wanted.
We moved from out of state and needed an agent to show us many homes so we can settle down. She picked us up at our son’s house and had a list of homes set up for us to see. Necol was a professional from start to finish. She addressed my initial request of renting in Temecula and quickly provided the comparison and benefits of buying instead. Once I agreed to purchase, she immediately provided relevant, informative and useful insight for Temecula as a whole to include areas of residences, schools for our kids, crime in the area, and also provided apps and websites to help us search for our home. There was not once where she did not make herself available for my calls and I really appreciated that. As for showing me properties, she also made herself available, even on weekends which really made it convenient for me. The only thing I would recommend (as a first time home buyer) would be to provide more detailed suggestions and recommendations on the offer amounts based on her experience and knowledge of Temecula. I found myself a little lost at times wondering if the offer we submitted on several homes was either too low or too high. A little more guidance in this area to a first time home buyer is the only thing I would recommend going forward. Necol wasn’t pushy about her partner bank which I also appreciated. She worked closely with my lender to ensure that we closed in 30 days in which we succeeded in! Once we made the satellite close from out of state, she did a fantastic job of staying in touch with me as we traveled across the country to our new home. Upon arriving to Temecula, she brought over a generous welcome home gift basket, a sweet gesture that put a smile on my family's faces.
