The house we was selling had been a rental house for 12 years and Neal helped us to renovate the house into good shape in just 10 days by introducing us excellent painter, carpet intaller, window and tile cleaners. He is at cutting edge of technology, trying to showcase our empty rental house with virtual staging , hence attracting a lot of prospective buyers. The only suggestions I have is to have more detail description and better pictures of the house on the listing,
