Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to give up my apartment which I had been in for many years. I contacted Rosie on a Saturday night. She responded the next morning and asked if I was available today! When I met her at the first apartment I was a mess. I was emotional and very upset. She was very kind and just let me be me at the time. I loved the 3rd apartment. I asked if I could come back with my sister on Thursday. I texted her many questions many times because I was just so overwhelmed. She answered all my questions quickly. I asked to see it again on Monday. She said no problem and met me there. My sister joined me to see the apartment Thursday and then my 2 best friends came on Saturday. Rosie was professional, kind and knowledgeable. She made feel heard. I will recommend her every time! I so am thankful for Rosie.
