I purchased my first home using Cristal Cellar early January 2018 and they could not have made the process any easier! They walked me thru every step from pre qualifying to closing. I thought I wasn’t going to get the house I fell in love with because it had multiple offers (one higher than mine) but they did it ! Buying a house for the first time was a little intimidating at first but it actually wasnt soo bad. I worked with Nathan and he helped me buy my first home in Moreno Valley. He was able to get me prequalified for a loan and before you know it we were looking at houses in no time. We looked at several houses and I told him what "key" things I was looking for in a house (No pool, an island in the kitchen and at least a 2nd bathroom was a must) He was very responsive and also sent me lists of houses he thought I would be interested in. After looking at several houses we finally found the Perfect home for me and my Girlfriend. We were both very happy. We couldnt ask for a better person to work with than Nathan he is an outstanding Real Estate Agent that really makes you feel like hes looking out for your best intrest.
