Nate Martinez Jr. was born into the real estate industry, growing up in the Northwest Valley of the Phoenix metro area while watching his father build a highly successful real estate team. With deep roots in the Valley, he brings both generational insight and modern expertise to every transaction. Licensed for over 14 years, Nate serves as Sales Manager of the Nate Martinez Team while also working as a full-time agent, actively representing buyers and sellers throughout the Valley. In 2024, Nate earned his Broker’s License and stepped into a leadership role as Managing Broker, overseeing compliance, transaction review, and risk management. He later served as Designated Broker, leading brokerage operations and compliance oversight through its final chapter. Today, Nate is part of the broker team at RE/MAX Fine Properties, serving as a Managing Broker focused on compliance, agent support, and transaction oversight—while continuing his role as Sales Manager and remaining actively involved in day-to-day transactions. Known for his attention to detail and analytical approach, Nate has built a reputation for identifying issues within contracts and ensuring transactions are clean, defensible, and properly executed. He is highly data-driven, using market trends and pricing analysis to guide decision-making and negotiations. Guided by the mindset, “The moment you give up is the moment you let someone else win,” Nate brings focus, discipline, and persistence to every aspect of his business. Outside of real estate, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their three children—Nathan Jr., Kayce, and Sofia—along with golfing, camping, and hunting throughout Arizona.
