When I moved back to the area with the intention of buying a house, Nathan was the first person I thought of. Nathan was courteous, prompt, and professional throughout the whole process. Whenever details of some of the paperwork would confuse me, Nathan was regularly available to patiently coach me over the phone. He's a good listener who is easy to talk to.

We can't even begin to tell you what an outstanding job Nathan did on the sale of our parents' home. Our parents passed away last year, and we had the difficult task of selling their home. Nathan helped to make a very stressful situation much more manageable. He knows it’s not a sprint. Not only does he finish the ultra marathon in competition, he finishes it in real estate.
We were so fortunate to meet Nathan by pure chance when he was showing a home. Even though that wasn’t the home for us, he stayed in contact with us. We eventually found a home and Nathan came through every step of the way, honestly not just for us but for the seller as well.
