Where do I begin... This was my first experience buying a home. The process seemed daunting before it all started; however, once we began Nathan was on the ball. He explained the process step by step and with great communication. He was very attentive to any questions and concerns I had. The team he works with is a great group of professionals as well. From the day my offer was accepted we closed in 10 days! I’ve heard buying a home is stressful, that was not the case for me. Nathan made it extremely easy and streamlined. Very professional and kind! His connection to the community made the process so easy for us to deal with. He negotiated and fought on our behalf and we ended with zero closing costs due to his diligence and effort which is pretty much unheard of!! Always responded back to my emails and texts right away and was very considerate about how he approached us with information throughout the process!
