NATASHA EYADA

This was my 1st home buying experience and I don't think I could have done it had I not had Natasha as my agent. I can't say enough about this woman. Her outgoing personality is contagious. She will work hard for you if you feel that you've found your dream home. She has so many local connections for EVERYTHING. We wanted to view 2 houses as we drove around and saw 2 potential homes we could possibly see being our forever home. We texted Natasha, and she called us within minutes. She made some phone calls and that was that we had 2 viewing appointments within hours. On another house I wanted to see in the competitive Jack Britt area, this amazing woman got us a viewing within 30 minutes and it was one of those you have to give a 24 hr notice type appointment viewings. I can tell you how many times I wanted to give up, but she was there to let us vent about our concerns or whatever we wanted. She supported our decisions and didnt push us. We went back to the drawing board and she searched for potential homes for us to view. When I say this woman will fight for what you want, she does just that. You tell her a price and what you will and will not do within an offer, Natasha makes it happen. She stayed on top of the selling agents. We got exactly what we offered after so many back and forths. Natasha knows a lot of resources, and she knows this area like the back of her hand. And the welcoming package she gives to her clients (OMG) she seriously goes above and beyond! I could brag about this woman all day long about how amazing she is at her job and how funny, caring, and outgoing Natasha is, but I think I gave a pretty good visual of our 1st time buying a home experience. We got more out of this experience than just a realtor, we now have an amazing friend out of this experience. Thank you so so much Natasha for all that you did for me and my family. As a first time home buyer Natasha was very informative. She listened to what I was looking for and found it in record time. She negotiated the price n that i wanted and I was in my home within a month of putting my offer in. She is truly a gem!
