I feel strongly that Natalya is the best agent in Los Angeles
I feel strongly that Natalya is the best agent in Los Angeles. I took a close look at 4 other agents before I chose Natalya, and there were a few traits that were common to all of them: smiling, ingratiating faces, fake friendliness, glossy, packaged catalogs and pitch materials, and high pressure on me to sign a listing agreement with them. They also all claimed to be well worth their charge 2.5%-3% of the selling price of my $1.4 million plus home in Silverlake. I couldn't swallow that, so against all of their protestations, I hired Natalya. She was calm, professional, provided the highest standard of service, and charged me a $4700 flat fee, saving me over $25,000 in commission on the sale of my home: money I would have wasted on any other agent. The other agents tried to put her down as a 'discount agent', and warned me that I wouldn't get the same level of service that supposedly justified their outrageous fees. It just wasn't true: Natalya is fabulous. With every message I sent to Natalya, I received an immediate, meticulous and thorough response from her. Every time I had a question or concern, she was always there to answer and encourage. Every time the buyer's agent created an arbitrary problem, Natalya solved it calmly and methodically. And when it came time to respond to the buyer's agent's over-the-top demands for repairs and price reductions, Natalya was like a surgeon, quickly and expeditiously picking apart anything that was unnecessary or overpriced...reducing the repair credit to a small fraction of what was originally demanded.
And now for the best part: I sold my home for $100k over asking price, In the middle of a COVID crisis. As for the extra $25k that would have gone towards any other seller's agent's fees: that went straight into my bank account, where it always belonged.
Natalya and her flat-fee representation is the future of real estate. Sign up with her. I couldn't be happier I did.
