In January 2024, we sold our house of 26 years in Delco and bought a house in Chester County. Natalie was with us every step of the way! She got us in to see our dream home and had a bid submitted that same night. She negotiated the price of the house we were buying for MUCH lower than asking price. She advised us about exactly how to get our house ready to sell, and she came in and staged it for the open house. As soon as she posted it on several real estate apps, we immediately got calls of interest. We had several bids on our house within hours of the open house, and our house sold for higher than we even asked. Selling a house can be a very stressful event in someone’s life. Even though it was stressful, Natalie took some of the stress away from me. When I contacted her regarding issues with other realtors at some of the showings, she was very supportive and corrected the issues I was having. Natalie was a great absent to have through out my home buying process she sent over and set up tours of houses in my price range and took the time to explain the the ins and outs of the paperwork and made sitting down and signing all the documents for my house surprisingly easy and was easily accessible during and after the process.
