Natalie understood the current market and the possible initial pricing positions to start the process. We discussed the asking price strategy to maximize the selling price. Elected to ask just below the expected market price to garner interest and in hopes of bids over asking. Within 3 days of listing the property we had 6 offers, at or over the asking price. The residence was under contract in 6 days. Selling price was 6.8% over asking so the plan resulted in exceeding expectations.
