Natalie and her husband Curt are a phenomenal team. We needed to get our house on the market quickly as part of a job relocation and Natalie and Curt answered the call without delay. They took away all of the stress associated with getting the house on the market by making all the arrangements for a painter, handyman, cleaner, and stager to come in and refresh the house and then get the for sale sign up. Within six weeks, all that had been done and we closed, above asking price. Having lived in the neighborhood for a few years and aware of the market, I believe we had priced the house fairly from the start but Natalie’s efforts with the team she uses to prep homes for sale made our house ‘shine’ So much that multiple offers were received within a few days at the end of the summer. Natalie and her team helped make everything go smoothly, quickly, and most importantly for us, they did it all with care toward getting it all done the right way with care.

This was the 7th home that I have purchased in my life time and this was by far the best experience because of Natalie. She is professional, prompt, friendly and she follows up even after the sale had closed. No other agents followed up after the sale more than Natalie. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

The sale of our home was not an easy one, for many reasons. Mainly, it was a higher priced home in a market where homes in this category were moving slowly. We were frustrated at times but Natalie was a rock during the whole process and kept us informed of every detail. She always answered her phone and was able to recommend small improvements that made a big difference. I can't imagine going through this process with anyone else. She clearly knows the business and was very organized and handled all the details of our sale seamlessly. Ultimately, we sold our home and got the price we wanted.
