I chose to use Natalie because my mother had used her a year previously and had nothing but great things to say about going through the process with her. Being so highly reccomended by a close relative goes a long way with me. Natalie was amazing at meeting me to look at houses that I requested. She was very quick to schedule them after my requests and never rushed me while I was looking around. What I also respected about her was that she would give her own honest opinion of a house when I asked. Deposit money was handled in a professional manner and the process that was to take place was explained to me well before hand and was executed just as expected, with no surprises. Natalie was awesome when we went to negotiate prices and submit offers. Again, she would give me her opinion but would ultimately do what I wanted to do with no pressure at all. Closing was on time and very smooth. Natalie showed a tremendous attention to detail while showing me houses, pointing out small things to me that I for sure would not have noticed for myself. Her extensive knowledge of the areas we were looking in was clearly evident and was greatly beneficial to me in our process together. My overall experience was outstanding. I would, without a doubt, insist that anyone out there looking to buy a home use Natalie as their realtor. You will not be disappointed!
