I randomly choose Nashaba as I wanted to see a house asap three years ago and she was responsive and showed the house that afternoon. Since then, for the next three years, I must have seen over 30 houses sometimes on my own and ping Nashaba to send me disclosures on over 10 houses. I placed a bid on over 10 houses and Nashaba helped with the bids and even a bid in Los Angeles when I was visiting the area. (I always bid 10-20% lower than asking as I felt the market was too high and lost the bids.) Finally in 2023, with Nashaba's help, closed on a house.
