The first thing I said to Nashaba was I NEED HELP as I had no knowledge of buying a home, the only thing I knew was there will be lot of paperwork reviewing and signing. Our first meeting with Nashaba was at her open house where she introduced us to Amber (Mortgage Loan Officer) with their kindness, knowledge and experience of more than 25 years in their fields made this process easy for us. We were very particular about what kind of home we were looking for and it required extra efforts working or communicating on phone during after hours and weekends. Once we found the home Nashaba used her expertise to clinch the deal with perfection this was the most impressive part for us. Now here on we move on to the documentation part which is most important and Nashaba did all the work making sure all the papers are right whether it’s Home Inspection, Deed, Home Insurance, Warranties, Escrow, Banks, Notary or even to making sure the spelling of the names to be right, name it she got all the work done and even what we requested for additional work to be done on home she got that done too. She did all the work and made us happy by handing the keys to us and we didn’t had to pay anything for all of this to both of them. Nashaba was excellent from the first moment we interacted with her. She was very professional, friendly, patient and has always answered our questions, no matter how complicated or silly they were. We were not aggressive buyers in the beginning of our home buying journey & were also not located in the state where we intended to buy to settle down but despite that Nashaba stuck with us, mentored & helped us.
