My husband and I were first-home buyers and Nick was amazing! He guided us step by step through the process and was incredibly responsive. He worked around our busy work schedules to schedule viewings, which was very much appreciated. The extremely high demand market in the Bay Area on top of it being our first purchase made finding a home seem very intimidating. Nick made the whole experience much easier to handle and ensured us that we would find something within our criteria. He gave experienced advice about everything related to finding a home. He was also spectacular with communication - not only with us but all of the parties involved! My husband’s native tongue is Hindi, so he was also able to communicate effectively with him so that both of us could be equally involved without a language gap. Highly recommend Nick if you are looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and committed realtor.
