Since we were out of state (and my wife was even out of the country at one point), we needed someone we could trust to run the show. She handled everything smoothly and even spent basically the entire weekend at our house right before closing just to make sure the handyman could get in and finish up his work. She totally took the stress out of a complicated situation and went way above and beyond what we expected. We couldn’t have done it without her!
