If I could give a 10 or 100 I would! I have participated in 16 real estate transactions in my life and the level of service and attention to our needs during the purchase of our home in Cedar Creek was the best I’ve ever experienced. Nanette went above and beyond the call of duty numerous times. As a part year resident, we remotely completed this purchase and Nanette was our eyes and ears locally to make sure everything went smoothly (inspections, contractor bidding, etc). Nanette also was the listing agent for the sale of our condo in Rapallo. She provided valuable input into things for us to do to properly stage our property. She had only one open house which resulted in 6 offers , all well over asking price. We accepted one of the contracts the next day and closed the sale in less than a month. We were out of town through the whole process. All went very smoothly. You will never have a better real estate experience than having Nanette represent you as your buying and/or selling agent.

I found Nanette to be a most capable, reliable, faithful representative of our expectations in an agent. She listened and acted on our requests and was very informative with explanation of best direction we should take in our sale process. It was so refreshing not to receive a voice message as She never fails to pick up! We closed happily and would use Nanette again.
