Nancy Whitfield is an excellent real estate agent. Before I made my final decision on the house I eventually bought, Nancy helped me to be sure that the house I selected was the right one for me. She took me to several other homes that were for sale and helped me compare those to the one I eventually chose. She helped me see the positive qualities and value in the house I was going to purchase. Nancy has excellent communication skills which were useful all through the buying process. She was always available by text if I had questions or concerns about anything. She was always very positive, professional and thorough as things unfolded between the seller and myself. She worked hard to be sure that the needs of both myself and the seller were met. I would definitely use Nancy again, and would highly recommend her to anyone that would be buying or selling a home.
