From day one, Nancy was “on it!” She was responsive, so knowledgeable and very helpful in getting to see a property I wished to view, the very next day. She was receptive and listened to my concerns during the bidding process and was a tremendous negotiator, enabling a strategic and stress-free experience. During closing she provided helpful information concerning my new property and was so kind in presenting me with a lovely gift basket, filled with cleaning supplies, champagne and a beautiful flower bouquet to grace my new home. Nancy is THE consummate professional and I recommend her highly— she is a true gem!

We were in such good hands with Nancy. She took care of each step of our new home sale. Nancy even made sure our listing agent did his part correctly ( because he was dropping the ball).
