Can’t do justice in this limited space for the knowledge of marketing and problem solving Nancy has. She has helped turn around a problem with a remedy to it. After a contract falling through due to code changes she helped guide me to contractors that were not only top notch but lower than other bids. Through the ups and downs of selling my home, she helped me with ideas to help secure a buyer. I would encourage buyers and sellers to communicate with Nancy!

Nancy was very knowledgeable about the local market and guided us through the process of selling our existing home and buying a new home with ease.
