I met Nancy kind of accidentally by clicking on a "contact the realtor" button on a real estate site. I thought it was going to connect me to the agent who listed the home. It was a happy accident because Nancy and I clicked personality wise right away and she immediately made me feel comfortable with her. She did not put any pressure on me to sign a buyers agreement so I was able to start to communicate with her about what I was looking for and still be able to switch to someone else if she had said or done anything that made me feel uncomfortable, but she did not, she was a joy to work with and made the whole process fun! Nancy really stepped up and was on my side at every point during the process of buying my home. she listened to what I said was important to me, showed me the homes that "I" wanted to see, did not push me to buy a more expensive home than I wanted to buy as I have experienced in the past. Went to the table and negotiated on things that needed to be fixed/price adjustments on the home that I bought, I think she did a really great job! She is very personable and I looked forward to every conversation we had! I can't really say enough about how positive my experience was with Nancy.
