The listing agent who I hired is Nancy Swanson, this realtor agent was so professional right from the very beginning, and she gave me a real estate analysis and a price for my house. After I interviewed other agents I was convinced she was the realtor to hire. She sold my house in two days for $10,000 more then I was asking for. She represented herself very well from day 1 of the listing to the day of the closing. I will hire this realtor again for another house I am selling in Newton in the near future. I`ve been a real estate investor for the past 33 years and I have worked with many real estate companies and agents and Nancy is by far the best out of everyone I have worked with. We sold our house with Nancy in December 2018. We made an appointment for Nancy to look at our house. She then took the time and effort to research area listings to find true comps for our house. (Unlike another agent whom we interviewed, that [without previously seeing what our house had to offer] merely brought listing/sold prices of other 3/1.5 houses in our immediate area. Houses which needed to be gutted, torn down, etc!! They didn't even leave copies of the listing for us to look over.) We were able, with Nancy's guidance, to sell quickly and without any hassles.
