After months of searching for a home and working with numerous real estate agents, we came across a listing that looked and sounded too good to be true. I remember saying to my husband, "we can call the listing agent but get ready for another run-around and no follow-up phone call." I am not a pessimist by any means; however, our experience was not all that pleasant on many occasions. Nevertheless, I called and left a message for Nancy, and within 30 minutes, she called me back, and we had the most lovely conversation where she shared details about the house and promised to send photos as none were listed because the house was very new to the market. To my surprise, Nancy kept her word and send us photos, and we scheduled a walk-through, and it was love at first sight. Nancy was warm, inviting, extremely knowledgeable about the house and the neighborhood, and most importantly, she was REAL. We put an offer in and prayed for the best. It was a couple of days later when we received Nancy's call saying that the owner accepted our offer, and we were ECSTATIC. Nancy was there for us every step of the way and provided us with the knowledge and guidance that we needed to close without any issues. Nancy was always accessible when we had questions (and I had many) and made sure we knew that she was there for us to answer any questions. On the day of our closing, Nancy drove out of her way to make sure she was there for us during one of the most exciting times in our lives, and she presented us with the most thoughtful "congratulations" basket filled with local goodies. Nancy has become our "go too" for everything from contractor referrals to where to find the best mozzarella cheese in Wantage. We are so lucky to have worked with Nancy, and we hope to become fast friends once we move into our dream home.

First, Nancy is a great communicator. I was selling my parents home from a distance. I always felt as though I was completely integrated in the process. Nancy saved me many hours by providing access to contractors and repairmen. Without her support I would have lost dozens of hours in travel and missed work. Nancy staged the house beautifully for open houses and the photos that contributed to the quick sale. Her marketing expertise was outstanding. I can’t imagine going through this process (especially from out of state) without her skills and attention to detail. In short, I would highly recommend Nancy if your selling, or buying a home.
