I can't say enough good things about our experience with Nancy. She was very knowledgeable about all things real estate (and then some) earning my dad's respect quickly. She was professional from the beginning, making sure she understood our goals and desires for the process as well as putting my elderly parents at ease with all the details. She is now one of my mom's favorite people! Her kindness is matched by her effectiveness, which made her easy to work with and gave us huge trust in her guidance along the way. The process was seamless and easy as she carried her responsibilities with ease, and not stressful because we were always informed. She is also creative, helpful, and a real partner in the process.
