Nancy has such a calming influence and takes such pride in the service aspect of the realtor business. We hit the ground running and had plenty of homes to see even when we switched our initial date to two days earlier to start looking. She was our advocate, she also called out items that she felt didn’t seem right or were unusual. For example, she pointed out that a house we were currently viewing had only 8 foot ceilings, while all the other homes we saw were all 9 ft or higher. I was calmed and amazed at how quickly she tended to items that came up from our lending agent or getting items addressed from the home inspection. I am so glad we called Nancy and recommend her to anyone who is looking for their next home.
