This was the second time we worked with Nancy. She helped us buying the house 11 years ago and we now returned to her to sell it „long-distance“. We live overseas and due to the pandemic we were never present before and during the sales process. Nancy was always responsive and information went back and forth via e-mail and only a few phone calls.
