We worked with Nancy to sell our townhome in the city. We interviewed several companies/people, and by far, Nancy stood out like a shining star. She came prepared with a notepad of data that she gathered pre-meeting, which impressed me tremendously. She did market research for us BEFORE we even decided to go with her which shows how productive, knowledgeable, and ready she is to go to bat for us. Compared to other brokerage companies, Compass was a bit higher in commission rates, but for the services they provided and Nancy's guidance, IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. My husband and I nary lifted a finger and we drove all the decision making. She directed us what to do, where to sign, who to contact, and they did all the rest. With Nancy's guidance (she recommended staging) and appropriate pricing due to the housing market, we went under contract within the weekend of listing and got above asking price (with at least a 5 party bidding war). Her communication is what I liked most, because we always knew what was going on, and when we had questions, it got answered quickly. It was the smoothest selling process ever and the experience I had compared to when we sold with Redfin for our first home was like night and day. I would absolutely recommend Compass, but more so, Nancy as your listing agent.

Nancy did an Outstanding job with the SALE of my building. She got the best price for the property, using her years of experience to work with me and the buyers/attorneys and apprisers. She knew the ins and outs listing a property and it really paid off. In addition to getting the price she predicted the building would sell for, she saved me over $1000 in attorney fees for the closing. Nancy is top notch!! She's very familiar with so many locations throughout the city and the surrounding burbs. For first time buyers that are unfamiliar with the process, etc., she makes it very easy for you to understand the process. Nancy was a great help when I bought my condo. She helped me negotiate a special assessment into my contract that was detrimental to the sale. If it didn't happen, I would not have this place. Nancy understands what will work and what won't work when negotiating. She's fun too! I recommend Nancy 200%.

Nancy was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer, she was able to ease my hesitation, talk through my nervousness and answer my constant stream of questions. During the buying process, I had to cancel on a property that I was convinced was my dream home. It was a very difficult decision, and the situation could have made me want to postpone buying a home all together. Nancy never pressured me to cancel (she provided me with all the facts of the situation) and when I did- she didn't pressure me to start looking again either.
