She got it sold

It took a while to sell an off-the-grid property, but Nancy did it. Got a full price offer, too. We had agreed to meet the buyer to see if they would be interested in using my company to do the site work, but that didn't happen. Additionally, Nancy is an anti-vaccer, so I won't be using her services in the future.
