We had agreed to meet the buyer to see if they would be interested in using my company to do the site work, but that didn't happen. Additionally, Nancy is an anti-vaccer, so I won't be using her services in the future.

What can I say about our experience with Nancy as our realtor? Smooth, easy, exactly what we wanted, we got more than we hoped for, all these things come to mind and are accurate. Nancy talked to us about our goals then told us what her plan was for the listing. She made some recommendations to us and overall she was spot on about the whole process. We only made the house available for showing for three days. During that time we had approximately 30 showings and she even helped us hide out while car after car drove in to check out the house.
