After 2 years of being in the home-buying market, and 2 failed realtors already, we needed someone who was going to respect our needs and budget and get the job done. Nancy was absolutely wonderful in all these categories, especially the negotiating process. She spent 2 days negotiating with the seller's agents and she never once became annoyed or frustrated when we asked questions or wanted certain terms. Nancy's performance was impeccable!! It was very easy to get a hold of her and if we ever needed to leave a message, she responded within the hour. She explained all the processes very clearly and was patient in answering all of our questions.
