My dad always had Nancy’s business card on his frig with intentions of using her if he ever sold his house. After his death in 2020 and appointing me his PREP of my dad’s estate and a non resident of NM, Nancy helped me sell my dad’s house by finding me contractors and scheduling the necessary inspections to sell the house. I don’t know what I’d do without her.
