The "Dream Team" of Nancy and company did EXACTLY what they promised. Helped us price it right, listed it, marketed it, managed multiple offers, and then did the work to get us to close. It was an older house with a couple of repairs needed prior to close, Nancy and company knew exactly who to call to get the issues fixed - fast and reasonably priced. They took care of everything. This is the second time we listed the house. The first agent didn't listen, didn't do the work, didn't keep us informed. 5 Months on the market and nothing, not a single offer - It was priced wrong, listed wrong, and not marketed. Basically the worst experience in Real Estate. We let a broker "Buy" a listing with an unrealistic "Oh I can sell if for $X." We interviewed several agents in the area. Nancy seemed fair, honest, reasonable, and cared about what we wanted and the experience. She didn't try to buy the listing or promise things she couldn't deliver. Nancy's experience in the market gave us confidence to set the right price. We had a few full price offers the first weekend it showed. Not too many, and more than one. From my view it was priced in the sweet spot. She didn't over promise on price and she didn't try to set it too low to make herself look good. Just a reasonable price for us and the buyer. I've had good agents and bad agents in the past. Nancy and company are hands down the best in the business in my opinion. The are all very easy to work with. Always on top of everything.
