It was a pleasure to work with Nancy while looking to purchase our first house. Nancy was knowledgeable, patient, and very flexible. No matter when we asked to look at a house, she always accommodated us. She was very friendly and easy to work with especially as the search went longer. She provided a great referral to our mortgage broker and if she didn’t know the answer to something, she would find out from someone who did or refer us to them. During the walk through, Nancy took great records of the issues that needed to be addressed and even sent in her own cleaning crew to clean the house since the sellers did not. She truly cares about you and your family and wants to do the best for you.
