She had an excellent knowledge of the market-since our home really had no comps in our immediate area, she reached out farther into Belleair and came up with a selling price that we were hoping to get based on our research. And after only 2 days on the market, we had an offer! Her professionalism was top-notch, she always kept us in the loop as to what was going on and when we needed to be out of the house. She walked us thru every step of the closing and arranged everything. She always got back with us promptly if we had questions and was overall a very nice person to work with. My husband and I haven't move in 33 years and we were quite intimidated by the whole prospect of selling our house. Nancy handled everything!
