Not just an agent but a new lifelong family member - Simply the best ever!

There isn't enough good I can say about "Nancy Mac"! Nancy was absolutely amazing in how she worked with us through countless trips to find the right home. In this crazy market of losing houses to insane bids etc., Nancy never pushed us to do anything we weren't fully committed to. There are a ton of agents out there who just want the sale (commission). They get frustrated when you teeter back and forth on decisions and such. Nancy NEVER even came close to this behavior. She would meet us at odd hours to try and "drive by" homes we were interested in. Nancy would do full day tours of 5-6 prospective homes to try and find that perfect one without the promise of closing a deal. We even started to feel bad that we were making her travel so much and told her this. Her reply, "Im here for you and we will find your perfect home no matter what it takes". Well, Im happy to say, she did just that! Even after the deal was closed and we were moving in, Nancy checked in on us almost daily. She helped us set up our utilities, HOA and other things she had no responsibility to do. Its been 3 weeks and I just got a text from her with an idea for the kitchen remodel! She is truly the very best agent I have ever met and recommend her, wholeheartedly, to anyone who is looking for, not only, a partner in the hunt but also a lifelong member of the family! I'll say it again, Nancy isn't just an agent that was helpful, experienced, caring, empathetic and amazing at what she does, she is now part of our family!
